Velose provides mobile point-of-sale, inventory, reporting, and small business management tools.

We collect information needed to provide and operate the app, including account details such as name, email address, phone number, business name, branch information, and login credentials.

When you use Velose, you may enter business records such as customers, suppliers, employees, products, stock, sales, purchases, returns, invoices, income, expenses, accounts, services, tasks, attendance, and reports. If you upload files or images inside the app, we process those files to provide the requested feature.

How We Use Information​

We use information to:

  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Provide POS, inventory, invoice, employee, expense, income, report, and business management features
  • Authenticate users and protect accounts
  • Sync data with the Velose backend service
  • Provide support and troubleshoot app issues
  • Improve reliability, security, and usability

Sharing Information​

We do not sell user data. We may share data with service providers that help us operate Velose, such as hosting, storage, email, SMS, payment, analytics, or support providers, when those services are necessary for app functionality and business operations.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Velose, or the public.

Data Security​

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. Production services should use encrypted connections where available. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain account and business records for as long as needed to provide Velose, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Some business records may need to be retained for accounting, tax, audit, or compliance reasons.

User Choices and Deletion​

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting support. We may need to verify account ownership before completing a request. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.

Children​

Velose is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Processing​

Information may be processed in countries where Velose or its service providers operate. By using the app, users understand that information may be transferred and processed outside their country of residence where permitted by law.
